The Junior Suite #1 has a private bathroom, shower and tub, HDTVs (King bed each, sleeps 2 each, 4 total). The Junior Suite #2 has a private bath, shower and HDTV.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are bunk rooms, with a set of twin/twin and twin full bunks in each (Sleeps 4 each room, 8 total).  All total the house will sleep 14 using standard accommodations.
RECREATION/COMMON AREAS -
The house is equipped with 9 large flat screen TVs with all of the premium channels. The lowest floor with nicely appointed sitting area, large screen HDTV and a recreation room equipped with pool table and poker table. The main floor has two gathering areas, one inside living room and one outside living room on the large outdoor living area, each with a fireplace and large screen HDTV. There is also a bar area on the main floor.
GOURMET KITCHEN -
The custom designed kitchen has granite counter tops with gas range, microwave and refrigerator/freezer--all designed with gourmet cooking in mind. New pots and pans, coffee maker, dishware and flatware complete this kitchen for your large group's gourmet dine-in needs. There is also a large outdoor dining table in the outdoor living area.
